Now, as men and as a man, we are asking ourselves ourselves hey, how can we treat this situation? How can we treat ourselves Right? How can we treat ourselves? Cure ourselves? Well, here's a few things you can do to restore your testosterone levels. If you want to restore and improve low testosterone levels, naturally this is what you do low testosterone levels. Naturally this is what you do.

Speaker 1:

First and foremost is to maintain ideal body weight. This is probably the most important thing a man can do. A belly fat there's an increase in activity of the enzyme armatus, which converts testosterone in the typical female areas such as breast, hips and thighs, and increase the risk of enlargement of the prostate and even prostate cancer. With every one-point drop in your body mass index, bmi, your testosterone level will increase by approximately one point. In fact, management of obesity may prevent declining total testosterone in the aging male. So control your body weight.

Speaker 1:

Avoid developing diabetes. Avoid all the sweets. Exercise Make sure to exercise every single day, or three days, or two days a week. Just put it in your schedule. Don't even wait. And remember to sleep well. Avoid tobacco products and avoid excessive alcohol. Alcohol more than two drinks a day increases the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. So avoid that. And the tobacco reduces testosterone. So if you're chewing tobacco, smoking tobacco, it will reduce. It will reduce your.

Speaker 1:

Avoid opioid pain medications. Avoid them. Avoid xenobiotics as well. Avoid them. Avoid excessive stress and remember to eat well. But you're asking yourself eat well, eat well, remember men. Remember poor nutrition is at the root of many diseases and can also create an imbalance of male hormones.

Speaker 1:

These are the foods to avoid Excessive sugar, excessive caffeine, red meat and other sources of animal fat, excessive dairy products, food dyes, processed foods. We come to a point where it's like what's the foods that we can eat? The real food, the good stuff, I would say foods to include in your diet are green tea Green tea is very good, it increases health and your immune system Multi-colored fruits and vegetables. Remember, fruits and vegetables are the easiest access at a grocery store Door. Dash it Whatever, just grab some fruits and vegetables. Nuts, particularly Brazil nuts, which are rich in selenium. Two a day is plenty. For those who didn't hear me, selenium Two a day is plenty. Fiber, fiber is covered by eating fruits and vegetables. So, remember, consume a lot of fiber.

Speaker 1:

And ground flax seeds. That's my number one secret. Well, one of my others, but yes, ground flax seeds, one tablespoon a day. And soy products. Soy milk instead of cow's milk. Okay, drink soy milk instead of cow's milk. Also, consider dietary supplements. Those don't hurt either. Depends on which ones you get and which brand you get, but those don't hurt either.

Speaker 1:

But the easiest thing you can do from home is exercise a couple of pushups, run outside the neighborhood, jog around the neighborhood whatever. If you can't, you know, lift weights and um. Or, for those who hate weights, just go for a jog, do some pushups, sit-ups, whatever. Or a jog, do some pushups, sit-ups, whatever. And the easiest access to foods is fruits and vegetables. Not many buy fruits and vegetables, but hey, stay away from that. Processed foods, anything that's packed up and wrapped up in a bag and is processed. Don't eat it, don't consume it. That's just like you know. Make it a treat instead of a meal, let's say. And flax seeds they're really good for you. And tea tea is the best though. Tea is really accessible, it's really nutritious, it's delicious, it's amazing.

Speaker 1:

But anyways, man, remember, take care of your body, take care of your mental state, your mental health, your physical, emotional, spiritual body. Take care of yourselves. It's important If you want to age well and continue taking your kids to the games. Exercise with them, keep up with them in those teen years and more years to come. Take care of yourself, focus on you. That's what's important. If you don't focus on your health, it will catch up to you. And as men, we need to take care of business. We need to take care of business, whether it's in bed, whether it's in with a family, our kids. Especially if you're a father, you need to keep up with your kids. If there are teenagers, or when they hit that teen year, you will be exhausted. So it's important to keep up with them now. The sooner the better. So work on yourself, focus on your mental health and focus on your body as well. Read your body, understand your body. Does that make sense? Understand it if you want to perform well in bed. Understand that eating healthy is the key. My secret grab all rich nutrients from seeds and nuts. No ditty, but anyways, all serious note is focus on your health. Exercise, grow healthy, produce, healthy Produce, healthy Produce at a higher level.

Speaker 1:

Because my personal experience I've never and I mean never hit decline, never. I do get like back pains here and there, stuff like that, but that's normal when you work so hard. You start to decrease, you start to stress out Fatigue, it shows, but you got to bounce back up though. You can't let that take you down. You have to bounce back up. So if you've always been able to perform like I have, that's good. But hey, this is life and everyone stresses Sometimes everyone goes through depression, all that stuff. I've hit rock bottom before, but guess what? I came back up. I will not let a single person take me down or put me down. That's just my motto. Never quit me down or put me down, that's just my motto. Never quit.

Speaker 1:

So, before it's too late, get active. Get to active immediately, and I mean now. Start right now. Do it, brother. Start right now. I am you in ear, I am in your ear right now.

Speaker 1:

Start immediately, because at some point in the future, at some point in the future, you will not be able to keep up with your partner, and when it's time to play, you will not be able to keep up with your kids at the playground or in sports anywhere, or playtime you won't be able to keep up. Let's be honest here Some of y'all can't even keep up right now. So do you want to keep declining or do you want to, like, get started on a healthy, nutritious path? Let's start right now, man, let's do it. That's why half of y'all your partner is leaving or looking for something else, why half of y'all your partner is leaving or looking for something else. You don't want that. You want to dominate. Personally, I never had an issue dominating Girl. I never wanted this. I want you to be able to go rounds after rounds after rounds with your partner. I want you to have hours of playtime with your kids, and if you're not a father yet, this will catch up to you. If you don't get started now, it will catch up to you, but this is for any.

Speaker 1:

This message is for anyone who's single or who's in a relationship. We, as men, have to keep up with our health. We have to. So get started right now. Get started right now. Give her all you got. Give the kids all you got, because all they got is you. At the end of day, all they got is you. That's true. All they got is you. So take a breather, inhale, exhale, exhale. Let's get to work.

Speaker 1:
