On today's episode, our main topic and subject is fun facts about the human body Again, fun facts about the human body Again fun facts about the human body. Number one Everyone has a unique smell the minute they are born. Except identical twins, they smell the same. Number two A human fetus acquires fingerprints at the age of three months. You are unique from the very start. That means you are different. Your fingerprints are all completed by the age of three months.

Number three Every individual has a unique tongue print. Individual has a unique tongue print. Like fingerprints, your tongue print can be used to identify you. So let's say, something happens to you, god forbid. If you get hurt, injured or maybe even die, murdered, etc. You get the list. If something were to happen to you and nobody can identify you, even in a fire, they can use your tongue to identify you. That's unique.

Number four the fastest growing nail is on the middle finger. Yes, your middle finger has the fastest growing nail. That's very unique. I've never knew that. Number five that's very unique. I've never knew that.

Number five on average, people dream more often and more vividly. So for those who sleep a lot, that means you have a higher IQ. Some people it just depends they're lazy, some people are not. So this does not apply to everybody. If you work hard every day and if you study a lot, if you're going to school focused on your career and you sleep a lot, you have an. You have a higher iq.

But there's people who use sleep as an excuse, like when they're lazy, when they've stayed up all night playing video games, etc. That's not a healthy sleep. So if you're a hard worker and you're trying to be somebody, then you have to get the rest that you need to function the next day, next few hours, etc. Like. This applies to millionaires, future millionaires, billionaires, trillionaires, future gold chasers, future bag chasers. Continue to dream on it. It will come true. You're intelligent and stay that way. Don't ever let somebody think that you are different or that they are better than you. Continue getting the rest that you need and always, always, focus on your mental health. Number six Sneezes regularly exceed 100 miles per hour, while coughs clock in at about 60 miles per hour.

Tropical storm force winds straight from your body. Isn't that crazy. It's like a tropical snow storm or wind storm forces winds straight from your body. That is interesting.

We thought we were in Hurricane, katrina or blizzard, but our sneezes and coughs are even worse. That's scary. Number seven it is not possible to tickle yourself. It is not possible to tickle yourself. When you try, you are aware of the exact time and manner in which the tickling will occur, unlike when someone else tickles you. That's very interesting. I mean, I've tried tickling myself, but it never worked because I couldn't fall for it. I just knew it was coming, wow.

We humans are so interested, we have so much that we can remember from just the tip of our nose and our scent. So follow your senses Hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting and feeling. Remember that. Number nine your pet isn't the only one in the house with a shedding problem. Shedding problem Humans shed about 600,000 particles of skin every hour, or 1.5 pounds each year on average. It's true, we have dead skin and we need to continue taking care of our bodies. Moisturize our skin, our hair. Let's continue taking care of ourselves.

Number 10. Around half of all teenagers are sleep deprived, despite what parents might think, many teens are lacking in sleep. Parents, if you have a child infant, toddler, school age teens, late teens make sure you let them know it's important to get your rest. That way they can function the next day for school, for activities, etc. Even sports academics. Make sure that they're getting the rest that they need. Talk to them, let them know sleep is important. Number 11. We spend about 10% of our waking hours with our eyes closed, blinking. That's 10 to 20 times per minute. Wow, so we blink a lot. We do blink a lot. I blink a lot all the time. I blink a lot all the time.

Number 12 your heartbeat changes and mimics the music you listen to. Music slows you down or revs you up, depending upon the tempo, rhythm and flavor. That's why music is powerful. So for those who listen to some music, who love listening, we all love music. We all love music. But remember your music can take advantage of you and it can control you. So relax and make sure you listen to some good music. That's going to be a positive movement for you and your body.

Number 14 Beards are the fastest growing hairs on the human body. If the average man never trimmed his beard, it would grow to nearly 30 feet long in his lifetime. Whoa, that is scary, truly scary. There are a lot of things to the deepest depths of outer space. There are a lot of things to awe over. Add your body to the list. Add your body to the list. Infants are born with approximately 300 bones, but as they grow, some of these bones fuse together. By the time they reach adulthood, they only have 206 bones. More than half of your bones are located in the hands, wrist, feet and ankles. That's why we have higher risks of hurting our hands, our wrists or twisting our ankles. Every second, your body produces 25 million new cells. That means in 15 seconds you will have produced more cells than there are people in the United States. The largest bone in the human body is the femur bone. That's the femur, also known as the thigh bone. The smallest bone is the stirrup bone, which is located inside your eardrum. There is anywhere between 60,000 to 100,000 miles of blood vessels in the human body. If they were taken out and laid end to end, they would be long enough to travel around the world more than three times. What? Whoa, wow, wow. That's incredible.

Teeth are considered part of the skeletal system but are not count as as bones. Isn't that crazy, isn't that weird? Our teeth are literally connected to our jaw shut. Wow. Despite a counting of 2% of our body mass, the brain uses 20% of our oxygen and blood supply. While humans are not the biggest, fastest or strongest animals around, we are the best at something Long distance running, our long legs, upright posture and ability to shed heat via sweat are all factors that make us good runners. In fact, early humans used to hunt their prey by chasing it for long periods of time until the animal literally died from exhaustion, a technique known as persistent hunting. About 60% of our body, or of your body, is made up of water. Did you know that? I think we've all learned this in science or biology. Human biology.

Stay hydrated, pound for pound. Your bones are stronger than steel. A block of bone the size of Matchbox can support up to 18,000 pounds of weight. That is why we are just so interesting creatures. We are an amazing specimens. Your bones may be stronger than steel, but they aren't invisible.
